Our platform facilitates structured collaboration and decision-making for teams. While we collect some personal data (such as names and emails for login and communication), the majority of information we process relates to organizational decision content submitted by users on behalf of their employer or team.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. Customer organizations may request deletion or export of their data under the terms of their agreement with WASHI.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
