Sessions are available by the hour, half day, or full day and can span multiple days depending on the scope of the challenge. Every session is run using ProOS from start to finish — so the experience itself makes the case for what a consistent process delivers.

Workshops
Once you have experienced ProOS, the natural next question is how to run it yourselves.
Our workshop program builds that capability deliberately, in three stages:
Workshop 1: Ask Better Questions, Get Better Answers. The highest leverage point in any problem solving process is how the challenge gets framed. This workshop builds the skill of defining the right questions — and shows what changes downstream when you do.
Workshop 2: Critical Thinking for Teams. Most teams discuss. Few teams think critically together. This workshop builds the shared practices that surface better thinking, reduce bias, and produce stronger conclusions — regardless of who is in the room.
Workshop 3: Getting Better Results. Better thinking only delivers value if it translates into clear direction, genuine commitment, and captured learning. This workshop closes the loop — from direction setting through to the retrospectives that make every future session smarter.
Workshops can be engaged individually or as a complete program. Most organizations move through all three in sequence, building a shared language and practice across their leadership team.
Coaching
Workshops build the shared capability. Coaching builds it deeply in the leaders who will champion and run ProOS going forward.
Our coaching engagements work with leadership teams — with the lead champion as the primary point of contact — to apply ProOS principles to real challenges as they arise. Not a structured curriculum. A live application of the methodology to your actual work, with structured support.
Coaching is typically engaged alongside or following the workshop program, as the next step for organizations serious about building this capability for the long term.
