Le’ts WASHI That.

Lots of ups and downs in a startup.
But here’s one of my recent high points.

I realized our product is turning into a verb.

“We should WASHI that.”

I’m hearing it more and more.
A thorny issue comes up - competing priorities, unclear ownership, differing opinions.
And instead of spinning wheels, someone says:
“Let’s WASHI it.”

That’s when I know it’s clicking.
Because WASHI isn’t just a tool - it’s a process.
A step-by-step approach to cutting through complexity, noise, and politics to unlock Team Intelligence:

→ Step back and frame the challenge as a question (not a topic)
→ Explore ideas and perspectives - freely, anonymously, and laid out like cards on the table
→ Align and commit to a clear path forward, with shared context
→ Reference the decision later to stay focused and avoid rework

As our early clients integrate WASHI into their operating rhythm, they’re discovering new ways to apply it—again and again.

Helping teams find clarity, together, when it matters most.
There’s a verb for that now: WASHI.
